Each batch of our Choco Protein Magic laddus is handcrafted fresh, so we want every order to reach you in perfect condition.


đź§ľ Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

We gladly offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

  • Your order was damaged in transit or delivered in poor condition.

  • You received the wrong product or quantity.

To qualify, please contact us at fitladdu@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product and packaging


đźš« Non-Returnable Items

Because our products are perishable food items, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products for hygiene and safety reasons.

Please double-check your order before confirming your purchase.


đź’¸ Refund Process

Once your request is approved:

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • If a replacement is preferred, we’ll ship a fresh batch at no extra cost.


đźšš Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn’t arrived after 7 business days:

  1. Check your bank or payment provider.

  2. Contact your bank if it’s still pending.

  3. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received it, email us at fitladdu@gmail.com — we’ll fix it fast.
